Payment methods
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days to request a return after receiving the item.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition as received, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions for shipping the package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect the item immediately upon receiving your order. If there are any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it appropriately.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
We apologize, but we do not accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The best way to ensure you receive your desired item as quickly as possible is to return the item you received first, and then purchase the new item separately once the return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and verify your return, informing you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing and receiving the refund from your bank or credit card company may also take some time.
